Today we were learning to make our own newspaper about camp. Here's where we got out information on what to do, Uru Manuka .You had to catch peoples eye and we had to have a bulging title and a detailed description about what we were talking about. Hello everybody! In room 5 we've been learning about Digital technology and coding with Mrs Sumpter, We've also been trying out a variety of different games and how to make them and move them and control what they say. Some of the things I did about coding and stuff was I was on scratch and I had to control the characters and make a story game thing. Here's a link to SCRATCH and LEARN .
Hi everyone! Today at St bernadettes school the seniors have been doing a thing called toolkit where you learn about different subjects, but most of the activities were about creating things digitally. My personal favourite was a thing called pixton comics, here is a link to the website PIXTON COMICS so the first thing you had to do is sign in with google, and the after that you can make your avatar and start messing around with other avatars and backgrounds. anyways that was the website I enjoyed most, The thing i liked most about it was you could make your own avatar and the like make little animations.
Some of the hangouts didn't work though. like one of the hangouts declined me like 6 times. others were blurry and some of them, the sound just wouldn't work so I had to exit out of the tab and come back.
Reflection: I think i could've done more work on making an animation but it was still fun.

Hello everyone, right now i'm going to show you the work that we've been doing in room five for today, we've been working on scale and have been measuring the classroom and the things inside of it. so right now i'm going to show you what i've worked on and what i've finished.
So, it was kinda really hard so I couldn't do that much work on it, Do you know the size of your classroom? well I could have done WAY better, but this is fine, bye. also we had to scale down the classroom from nine and seven meters long, on the paper.

Today i'm going to tell you what i've learned about spam comments and how to start a good conversation with people online. We used a website called book creator so that we could make these books about how to deal with spam comments and start good conversations.
When you know someone is spamming you is when they leave comments but when you click on they're blog you can't find their blog or anything. When this happens it is best to show an adult or a teacher. When there is a good comment on your blog post, for example " hi -name- I really like your work, bye.- when this happens you can say - hi, thank you for commenting I like your work too, I think we have a lot in common.- that would be a good way to start a conversation with another person. Right now i'm going to show you this book that was supposed to be finished today, but when I did my work it got deleted, so this book is going to have nothing in it i am truly sorry. I think i could've done more information but yeah, it was kinda hard to make the pictures and stuff but it didn't really matter anyway, cause it got deleted. Do you like my book? heh
